Take a Class

Ready to jump right in? Here are some categories for different Free To Move classes. Check them out and follow what feels best for your body today.

 
 

For your lowest energy days, take one of Free To Moves meditation or breathwork workshops to get centered. If you feel up for movement, try out some soft, gentle stretching videos.

Meditation + Gentle Stretching

Feel strong and confident with a boost from these fun, mindful strength routines. Pick a video focused on a particular area or try out a total-body combo workout. Majority of the exercises are body-weight only, so no equipment required.

Body Care & Mobility

For restful days when you want to get in touch with your body, check out the assortment of yoga workouts available.

Chill Yoga

For higher intensity and longer duration, these strength workouts will guide your through warm-ups, exercises, and stretches to get the most out of your strength.

Strength

This series is a great midway point of chill vibes and slow build strength. Try out these pilates-inspired routines to get in touch with your core, find release in your joints, and move with intention.

Chronically Chill

Time to get sweaty! High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a lot less intimidating than it seems. Try out one of these workouts for a fast-paced routine that will get your heart rate up and your endorphins flowing.

Start a Program

 
 

A 4 week series dedicated to building your strongest upper body: shoulders, chest, arms and back! If you've ever been frustrated with your upper body strength, this is for you. Learn how to build strength and confidence gradually. Perfect for beginners to intermediate level. You will need a set of dumbbells or weights to participate fully in this program.

A 4 week program designed to scale up your strength, cardio and endurance from total beginner level with no equipment needed. This is for you if you’re new to fitness or are coming back to fitness after a period away from it. Includes 8 workout videos to develop full-body strength and improve your cardio.

RECONNECT is a 5-week program where you’ll build a deeper, stronger connection to yourself. You’ll be guided through a head to toe, inside out exploration of your body with a variety of classes: pilates, strength training, cardio, and more! Great for beginners or folks looking for a fresh perspective on their existing movement practice.

5K Your Way is a 4-week online program to complete a 5 km run, walk or hike, all at your own pace. This program is beginner and chronic illness/pain friendly. This program comes with a downloadable training guide for a 4 week program, 9 videos to support your training, form tips and guidance for managing flare-ups.

 

Restart Your Strength is a 5 week strength-based program to scale up your strength and endurance with purpose! Beginner and novice-friendly, you'll need a few weights for this program - either dumbbells (lighter for upper body, heavier for lower body) or homemade weights (like cans or a bag of cans/books).

The Chronic Check-In is a floor-based, slow movement workout series combined with journal prompts focused on understanding chronic pain/illness in your body. You'll need a notepad, pen and floor/bed space to move for this one. Open to all levels, especially if you're managing chronic pain or illness.
